Very.co.uk has its only online community, ‘The Very Network’. It’s certainly revolutionary in the world of online clothes shopping and adds a new dimension to whole concept or buying goods on the Internet. The Very Network acts as a social networking/online hub that primarily functions as the sister site to ‘Very.co.uk’ – it houses a plethora of fashion tips, styles, and forecasts, and features regular interviews and articles from top celebrities, sharing their sartorial secrets. Holly Willoughby is one of the latest celebrities to provide her thoughts on the latest products available on the website. This area of the website features weekly competitions, where users can win up to £5,000 in cash, and also provides a ‘Latest Chat’ window, where regular posts from ‘Insiders’ and experts are displayed. Once customers become a member of Very.co.uk they are then entitled to apply to be an ‘Insider’. If users feel they a good knowledge of style and fashion, then they may be able to take up one of these exclusive roles, whereby they would provide weekly recommendations on the website’s latest items, amongst others things. ‘Insiders’ are automatically entered into the competition for ‘Insider of the Month’. Individuals wishing to take up one the roles must fill out an application, detailing certain fact about themselves, such as their ‘First buy’, the item that they’d ‘Love to own’, and their ‘Favourite item of clothing’. Very.co.uk are currently having a Spring sale with many items reduced.

‘The Very Network’ also has its own online television channel, Very TV. This page contains celebrity video diaries (Fearne Cotton’s etc), and also behind the scenes videos from Very.co.uk fashion shows. It also provides photographs from all of Very.co.uk’s photoshoots, and streams videos from other high profile fashion events, such as London Fashion Week.
